Vetonect is practice-management software for veterinary clinics, with a portal for the pet owners they care for. The appointment book, patient records, invoices and conversations with clients live in one place, instead of being spread across a calendar, paper files and phone calls.

How we look after clinic data
A clinic trusts us with its patient records and its clients' details. This is how we handle them.
- Data is stored on servers in Germany, inside the EU.
- Sensitive details, such as national ID numbers, are encrypted in the database.
- The database is backed up every night to a separate storage provider.
- Everyone signs in to their own account, and what staff can see depends on their role in the clinic.
- Subscription payments go through Paddle, our merchant of record. Card details never reach Vetonect.
- A clinic's records belong to the clinic. We process them only to run the service.

How we work
Vetonect is built and run in Serbia, together with the clinics that use it. New features come from what clinics ask for, and every message reaches the people who build it.
The app is available in 18 languages, so a clinic's staff and its clients can each use the language they prefer.
